On view in the Special Collection's gallery in Stozier Library, this exhibition presents the history of the Civil War Battle of Natural Bridge, and explores the relationship of the Florida State University student community to this event.

     The exhibition also addresses the ongoing contributions of student veterans throughout the past 150 years.

The Museum Object course covers the philosophy and practice of acquiring, processing, preserving, displaying and interpreting museum objects. Material culture and the museum object is addressed from the perspective of various disciplines: art history, archaeology, anthropology, history and the natural sciences. Hands-on experience is gained in designing and executing an exhibition of the students’ conception.
